We provide website hosting, reputation management, text call back, and other related digital marketing services to small businesses. Our services are provided on a three month minimum service term and thereafter transitioning to a month-to-month at which client may cancel at any time with further services charges accruing only to the end of the active period of service.

3. Term and Termination

Your use of our services is subject to these Terms of Service. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by providing the other party with written notice. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to our services.

4. Payment

Payment to consist of a monthly pre-determined amount to be automatically charged to the customer card on file on no later than the 5th day of each month, in addition to any initial one-time set up fee as determined by the requested service, and as agreed upon by all parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in and to our services and any content provided through our services are owned by us or our licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,

or exemplary

damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms

of Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the award rendered in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
